Our chocolate comes from our Monk Fruit provider...Lakanto. We use their sugar free Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Where are your famous Peanut Butter Cups...I don't see them on the website?
During summer (May - Oct), we cannot ship the Peanut Butter Cups, but they will be back in September/October when it cools down. Make sure to get on the email list and we will notify you when we are shipping again!
Is everything Gluten Free?
Yes, everything is Gluten Free and Dairy Free!
What sweetener do you use?
We use Lankanto's Monk fruit. It contains Monk fruit and Erythritol.
Monk fruit is a small round fruit in the gourd family, also known as Luo Han Guo, named after the Luo Han monks who discovered it. More about Monk fruit
Monk Fruit (Luo Han Guo) in Chinese culture has been known for treating sore throats, coughs, clearing internal heat and gastrointestinal problems.
Erythritol is found naturally in some foods like grapes, peaches, pears and watermelons. Erythritol has no glycemic impact as it has no effect on glucose or insulin levels.
The Maple Banana and Banana Nut Proteins are the only muffins that doesn't have Monk Fruit. Instead they get their sweetness from bananas and organic maple syrup.
How long do they last?
Although, not required, we recommend storing our desserts in the fridge for the longest, freshest muffins.
Here's our recommendations for refrigerated time...
Muffins will last 2/3 weeks in the fridge, easy.
Peanut Butter Cups will last months in the fridge.
Donuts are good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
How long is Shipping?
We ship everything USPS Priority which is 1-3 business days. We do our best to get your order out in 1-2 business day once ordered. But, there are times when we are in-between cooks and it takes a bit longer.
So, I like to say you will usually see your goodies in 2-5 days once ordered.
Example: If you order on a Tuesday afternoon, you will see it by Saturday and usually sooner!
Are you in any stores or places I can pick up?
Currently we are not in any major chains, but we are in some local Arizona establishments.
We try and keep our page up to date as possible...always looking to add, so if you know or are an establishment that would like to carry, let us know.

Is everything Vegan?
All of the chocolate goodies are Vegan, but the Peanut Butter Cookie, Pumpkin Spice and Maple Banana contain egg and/or collagen.
